Terracotta Floor Cleaning
Terracotta tiles although kiln fired can often be porous and will in most cases require cleaning and resealing to protect from absorbing stains and to maintain their look.
We use a high alkaline cleaner, as terracotta is acid sensitive, to remove any old sealer and ground in dirt. This will prepare the terracotta for receiving a new seal.
We then reseal the floor with a topical sealer to achieve the desired finish. This will give the terracotta protection and make it easy to maintain.
